But I don’t consider giving the ball back to the offense where they fumbled (just like any other play) “rewarding them” as many have said - they advanced the ball to there & fumbled, it wasn’t recovered, so they should get it back there.
Worst rule in football. I don’t care about this particular outcome, but the rule is ridiculous.
Agreed. Offense can’t advance a fumble (except by fumbling player), so if you fumble at 1 into and thru end zone, you get ball back at the 1.
And @Browns still suck.
