Bitcoin mania is rooted in the possibility that it might eventually offer a safe store of value—like gold, but more convenient
@GerretsenPieter @TheEconomist Mainstream's media incapability to write about #Bitcoin in a knowledgeable way is staggering. The amount of un-informed articles increases by the day preventing readers from actually learning about the topic.
@TheEconomist Poorly informed article. Ever heard about the Lightening network? #Bitcoin is the base layer, and this layer does not need to process thousands of payments per sec. Other layers can do that. Also; Bitcoin is still young and cannot be compared with ultra mature gold market. 🚀
@TheEconomist Tether pumping billions probably will do it lol
@TheEconomist I’d cry like a baby if this happened to me!! 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
@TheEconomist Just remember your password! Otherwise you’re screwed!!
@TheEconomist Not really secure if you can forget your password or the storage you have it on can fail. Even if your house burns down you can still recover a puddle of gold.
@TheEconomist Question though, can bitcoin be truly blocked? Of course websites can be blocked but can the network operate semi offline through USBs and the darkweb?
Bleh pulling another all nighter to study today good night 😎 also please I beg y’all to vote on sma literally I will shake my ass for y’all please just vote even if it’s one vote it still counts 🥺
