@ActuallyNPH @tim_cook I've been doing these sort of dead bug bicycles (I throw back the covers and jackknife my legs in the air, "peddle" them for 25 cycles and then a little more until they tell me to stop) every morning - Don't even have to get out of bed to do them :)

Every #MLKDay, I am reminded of the lessons I learned about treating people of all colors fairly. My dad, as a plant manager, hired people of many races & backgrounds so they could provide for their loved ones & my mom supported him every step of the way. 👍
